Do you have any idea where the money came from that became an unclaimed Jackpot?

It certainly wasn't from the people sitting at home watching Family Feud or Jeopardy; it was the players purchasing lottery tickets. Shouldn't any unclaimed funds go back to the actual players?

Yep the World is populated by over 7 billion people now and even you can think of more worthwhile projects to spend money then TV shows.

Hi does anyone play oldschool MUD online text games? I used to love playing those when I was a kid.

Also I miss the BBS days. Commodore 64/128 boards running C-net BBS software sometimes had my favorite game called Murder Motel, and Empire.

PC boards had BBS DOOR games such as Usurper, LORD, Kannons Katapults?

I was just wondering if anyone is aware of some active sites which still host such games, to save me the time of trying to hunt peck around myself.

I went to Erie Pa. to Prequle Downs they have a Casino and Horse Racing Simulcast there. I plaued Mountaineer and a few other Northfield,Delta Downs ,Yonkers CharlesTown Remmington Park quite a few. Only have been to Harrah's Chester and since I'm not 21 haven't been inside the actual casino only the racetrack part but, I can tell you parking can be a bit of a hassle since you have to park in a 7 story parking garage if you don't park valet. Table games? I'm sure they have all the regular's but maybe someone else can elobarate a bit more.

Maybe they do but I never check. I just go to the Bowling Alley or the Restraunt down the street and play. If I was that serious about playing Keno I probaly would go the them pages. It's a good Idea though to see what has already fallen when playing Keno. although they repeat all the time with the same numbers. $100,000 for Ten numbers is good but it's hard to pick 10 numbers you really have to be very lucky.

I just found something in a review of Picking Winners at Amazon that helps pull these various forms of betting together. There are some people posting in other Forums here that don't think it makes sense to use roulette or stock simulations to try to make a point regarding lotteries. Although the reviewer was not a horse player, he raved about the book...

I've never bet on a horse race. I've actually only been to a track once in my life (we don't have a lot of it in this part of the country

Thanks again..No pressure just out to have fun..I live in KY and a half hour from OTB in Jamestown Ky..I gotta hit some kind of jackpot so I can move closer to a live track..Keeneland is an hour and a half from here and don't really like that track..Went once and it was like a family picknic outing..Now Churchill Downs was great!.but three hours from here is a little much..Have a good week of gambling..Danny Thomas was right...Windows clean people..Loved watching him on TV back when...
