Always smart to scan everything. In PA, they've started using odd typefaces that can be difficult to read and complicated add-on prizes. I think the whole point of that is that some players will get confused and toss out winners. That could be what happened with the game you're trying to find. Does the game have a 10X symbol multiplier? If so that might be the reason. I'm not familiar with NY Lotto tickets but in FL if a game has a multiplier or multipliers then the corresponding number will be excluded from the population of potential numbers that can be found under the Your Numbers and Winning Numbers areas. I rarely buy scratchers but I do like to look at the odds and the guarantees. Most packs will guarantee 40% - 50% of the cost of a pack. 27.5% is criminal. I would never buy a ticket from a game with that low of a guarantee.
