I respectfully disagree. It depends what you're looking for. But PowerPlay doesn't even pay for the jackpot (I mean if you hit all numbers). PowerPlay pays you if you win the second prize, and that gets multiplied by the multiplier. Double Play on Powerball pays you $10M is you hit all numbers.

And, with Double Play, you double the probability of winning. I definitely prefer it to PowerPlay.

It's interesting that Michigan increased their limit when there are issues with retailers in FL even paying out $100 - $599. The times I've gotten something in that range gas stations and convenience stores refused to redeem them saying they don't have it. The odds for the Fantasy 5 are 575,757 to 1 while the Daily 5 odds are 100,000 to 1. The Fantasy 5 can be split but I don't know what the payout cap on the Daily 5 is.
