JACKSON, Mich. — A Michigan woman has scored her second significant lottery win in less than three months.
The Jackson County resident, who chose to remain anonymous, won $60,000 playing VIP Black online Tuesday, March 21. In January, she won $2 million playing the Lottery's $2,000,000 Bonus instant game.
She bought that winning ticket at the Marathon gas station, located at 8037 Spring Arbor Road in Spring Arbor.
"I've got to be the luckiest woman in Jackson County," said the player in a news release.
"I'm just still in awe that I won another huge Lottery prize. VIP Black is my favorite online game. Since I'm retired now, I have some spare time and decided to play the game Tuesday afternoon. I hit for $60,000 on the first number of my third ticket."
The player visited Lottery headquarters Wednesday, March 22 to claim her latest big prize. She plans to save her winnings and continue to enjoying retirement with her husband.
"This really has been the most amazing year for me. It's like a big fat dream and I don't want to wake up," she said.
Michigan Lottery players have a chance to win up to $500,000 instantly playing online. More than 510,000 players have registered to play the Lottery's online games, which were launched in 2014. In 2016, Lottery players won nearly $337 million playing games online.

Our neighbor WON back to back week-ends when the Lottery first came out, they picked their #'s WON knew they would never come back up so they flipped each # came up the next week-end! YES I'VE Tried that too, didn't work!
